Rosa Laparra: ¿Ha cambiado tu trabajo después de ganar este galardón?
Javi Rey: En realidad, antes de recibir el premio ya estaba embarcado en los proyectos en los que estoy trabajando. Javi Rey: Con Planeta Cómic, la editorial que publicó ‘Intemperie’, tenemos muy buena relación. Tanto el editor como yo estamos muy contentos del resultado. Por compromisos previos míos no hay nada materializado, pero sí hay una relación de confianza que ya iremos viendo cómo se materializa.

Rosa Laparra: ¿A raíz del premio has participado en actividades profesionales, congresos conferencias? ¿Cómo te ha ido?
Javi Rey: Sí, sobre todo en el circuito español de festivales y librerías. Con la publicación de ‘Intemperie’ y el premio he estado en el festival del cómic y en la Feria del Libro de Madrid. Tuve la oportunidad de dar una charla en la Universidad de Salamanca, de visitar la Gran librería Delirio en Móstoles, la no menos grande Nollegiu del barrio del Poblenou de Barcelona… He conocido a libreros, a gente del pequeño mundo del cómic español y, en ese sentido, ha sido muy positivo.
