De hecho, la web Oconowocc.com se ideó solamente para hablar de cómics. Pero, de hecho, hay decenas de páginas web que hablan de cómics: algunas se centran en cómics nacionales, otros en cómics de EEUU dándole énfasis a Marvel y DC, y otros comentando en general cosas del mundo del cómic. No queríamos solamente eso, puesto que una web con solo una temática sería quizás más rentable o más fácil de buscar para Google, pero resulta un aburrimiento tremendo, al menos según nuestro parecer.

Por eso, añadimos más secciones: curiosamente, la que ahora menos se habla, la economía. Pero claro, para decir las tremendas malas noticias que se iban dando todos los días, tampoco nos quedábamos a gusto, por que al fin y al cabo la web nació justo cuando empezó la peor crisis económica de la historia de España… y de Europa en general, con lo que queríamos más. Así, se añadió como temática el cine y las series de televisión. Esto ya era más o menos un poco «Oconowocc»: la suma de diferentes temas que no tienen nada que ver entre sí. Pero aún quedaba uno de los temas estrella, además de los cómics: los misterios de la humanidad.

Ahí fue cuando empezamos a hablar sobre el orígen de la Navidad, el Halloween, las pirámides de Egipto, las líneas de Nazca, el triángulo de las Bermudas y muchísimos temas más que han provocado centenares de comentarios para debatir sobre estos temas.
